I have had my new Icare only a little over two weeks. I have changed the batteries and the probe and now am having difficulty getting readings recorded. I am getting the same sound that I have successfully take the measurement, but then it doesn't acknowledge it on my record. What am I doing wrong? This is something new that didn't happen before now.

You don't provide enough information in this question. For example, you don't say which software you are using or where you expect the IOP reading to be "recorded." I believe you need to contact Terry (FitEyes) for support and have a phone chat so you can describe your issue in more detail.

Thanks, David. I have formally adopted Terry! Also, it appears as though my FitEyes information on the iop.fiteyes.com is incorrect. I have tried it numerous times and am in contact with Terry, so perhaps he can iron it out.
