I've downloaded the iCare Patient2 app from Apple App Store.

Do I have to pay a yearly subscription to upload and access my IOP readings from iCare Home 2 tonometer?

Can I use bluetooth to transfer the readings from tonometer to the iCare Patient2 app on my iphone after taking the measurements without using the iCare iCloud account?
