Just purchased a iCare Home 2 tonometer. I am getting low readings on the right eye that has Glaucoma. The left eye appears to be normal readings, 2-3mmhg off from what I get at the doctor's office. When I say low, I am talking about 5-9mmhg. The reading quality is flagged as excellent on the web portal.

Wondering if I have a defective tonometer. Had my wife take a slow motion video of me taking readings and video looks right. I see the green ring around the pupil and the probe appears to be hitting the pupil in the center. Any ideas?
