I just read on a scientific sutdy that if you run a marathon of 42 km your eye pressure will go down 2mm HG. And that the effect last arond 10 m to rarely an hour. So what's the big deal about exercise and ocular pressure. If i walk on the treadmill for 30 m i will NOT reduce my iop. If I bike for 1/2 hour. I will not reduce my iop. I walked 20 m on my way to the doc, abrisc walk, and my pressure was over 23 today.
