This woman cured her lifelong severe Raynaud's syndrome using ice baths . I'm wondering for people with Flammer's Syndrome (I have all the markers except I have high IOP, not normal tension), if training the body to be less reactive to cold can be beneficial for glaucoma. Does anyone have thoughts about this? On the other hand, I think Dr. Flammer mentioned that putting hands in an ice bath increased IOP, so that keeping hands/extremities warm could be beneficial for glaucoma. I'm wondering if over time, ice baths would be a beneficial therapy, even though initially it could cause spikes in IOP.
