Is there any study on whether dry eye condition affects the measurement of IOP using the iCare tonometers?

Dry eye condition affects virtually all tonometers, including the iCare tonometers. This is well known among experts in the field, although I am not aware of a study specific to the iCare and dry eye. (If I locate one I will update this answer.)
