Hi all, I would like to begin the supplement element of my NTG management (now i have finished paying for my icare Home2 😉), but as I live in Australia I'm unable to access the Fiteyes store (which will hopefully be available in the near future;0)

So I would very much appreciate any suggestions on which brands to purchase the below supplements:

BHB, Magnesium, PEA and CBG

As I have quite low pressure I am focusing on supplements that will improve the health and resilience of my optic nerves, so any suggestions of other supplements that might be of benefit are also very welcome (however i can't afford any more than 5 atm, so hoping to get the 'top 5' to start with and add others later 😊
