What strategies for eye drop time of dosing can be used for a 10-day trip that will be 6hours earlier than home time zone? Specifically, with once-daily drops used in the evening?

Take the drops at similar time (as at home) once you arrive at your new destination. So, if you are used to taking your drops at say 9:00 pm at home, then take your drops at 9:00 pm each night at your new destination.
