I want to follow up on my query about Curcumin, which by all that I have read, is an excellent supplement for those who have glaucoma. However, it also states that it can lower blood pressure. So I wonder if it works by lowering blood pressure, if you tend to be running too high, but has little effect on people who have a low-normal blood pressure? Again, I defer to Dave as he has a much more scientific approach to all of this. I did not take my mushrooms tinctures this morning and noticed that I feel appreciably worse with my Covid recovery. I did take a PEAmium this morning, but have one of the earlier versions when it was 400 not 450. I am going to start to take my blood pressure and track it more strategically, and let you know where we land with the mushroom mystery.

Yes, generally that is what I would expect from curcumin.

I did take a PEAmium this morning ...

What dose?
