I’ve been told in the past that with exfoliation glaucoma ultrasound can cause problems if not done properly. Is TUG a viable option for those with exfoliation glaucoma?

Here's a related question from another FitEyes member:

Since SLT didn't work out for me or at least the first one, I need to determine as best I can which ultrasound device would be the more appropriate for people like me having exfoliation glaucoma with all the sensitivities and tendencies toward inflammation and bleeding which would cause wanting to avoid regular surgery options.

My work with those with PXE (Pseudoexfoliation) and pigmentary glaucoma showed at least equal if not better effect on IOP
