Elevate Head ... How Much?

Good morning everybody! I have a question about elevating the head for sleeping. My recently-purchased tonometer shows that my IOP rises at night (no surprise), so I elevated the head of my bed quite a bit last night. To my dismay ... no changes! I would love to hear from anybody who's had success doing this, and how much they've had to elevate. Thank you.

I guess I'll have to answer my own question. I got to 35 degrees before I noticed any difference.

I'm curious how you are measuring your nighttime IOP. Or are you just doing it first thing when you wake up?

Brian, that would be a good separate question. You may already know my answer, which is that after many nights of waking up at various times to check my IOP (over a period of months), I can to the personal conclusion that the upon-awakening IOP measurement, when done with zero prior activity (I don't even get out of bed or sit up in bed) is the single most important IOP measurement I can take in a day. It will be equal to my highest IOP seen during the night if I take it correctly upon waking up.
