I have recently started to see small faint black spots in the vision of my left eye. There seems to be quite a number of them and they seem to hold their position unlike normal floaters. Is it something I should be worried about?

My eye pressures are always high normal but if anything the eye with the highest pressure is usually my right eye, which doesn't have any of the black spots.
