I’m surprised I’ve found no discussions about goniotomies on this site. My doctor is suggesting I consider a kdb goniotomy possibly combined with an IOL. I researched the options he gave me (kdb, micro stent, or viscocanaloplasty) and I thought visco seemed the least invasive plus repeatable, but my doctor prefers the goniotomy for me. I’m 57 with mild glaucoma, and likely to keep progressing based on hereditary factors plus high myopia. Any comments about the choices are appreciated.
