Is there any contraindication for intraocular pressure or glaucoma with L-theanine? Can I expect it to help my sleep?

A large number of FitEyes members have used L-theanine over the years and I have not heard of any side effects related to intraocular pressure or glaucoma. My personal experience is that it is safe for glaucoma and IOP. In fact, L-theanine may be useful for neuroprotection in addition to helping you relax.
