I get horrible headaches and last night my head felt like it was full of inflammation. I could hear blood gushing through my ears to my heartbeat. I feel like it’s contributed to my glaucoma.

Regarding your symptoms of blood gushing through your ears to your heartbeat, and the headaches, and feeling of your head being full of inflammation, there's a condition known as pulsatile tinnitis which, if investigated, can lead to better diagnosis of the cause.

Most of the time, pulsatile tinnitus is nothing to worry about. If it doesn't go away on its own after a few weeks or becomes really bothersome, talk with your doctor about it.

In more severe cases, it seems possible that there are underlying factors (such as high blood pressure, blood vessel disorders or carotid artery disease) that could be relevant to both pulsatile tinnitis and glaucoma.

Most people with pulsatile tinnitus hear the sound in one ear, though some hear it in both. The sound is the result of turbulent flow in blood vessels in the neck or head. The most common causes of pulsatile tinnitus include the following:..."

Excerpt from link:  "It took a few months, but Greenwood finally found a doctor who understood what she was hearing and diagnosed her with a vascular condition. Her “whoosh” was, in medical terms, a “bruit” — the sound of turbulent blood flow through a narrowed vein in her brain."
