iCare HOME 2. While the HOME and the HOME 2 are both adequate, the HOME 2 is vastly improved and I highly recommend it over the prior model.
Reichert 7CR. Again the model 7 is adequate, but for a slightly higher price, the 7CR is vastly superior.
Those two are your best choices. Also, we don't get new models every year or even every couple years. Either of these tonometers will continue to be good choices for many years.

I have conducted further research, and it seems that the Reichert 7CR is difficult to get in my country. Therefore, I believe opting for an iCare device would be a more feasible choice.
Currently, only two models appear to be available in the market: the TA022 (which I assume is the iCare Home??) and the TA01i (another older model??). If my assumption is correct, I might consider waiting for a while and purchasing the iCare Home2 when I have the opportunity to travel overseas.
Sorry for such dumb question, it's hard for me to get more details apart from product code but by cross checking with iCare website I think they are older models, please help me to confirm this. Thanks again!
Thanks for your question. I'm sorry for my delayed reply. You do not want the TA01i. That's the very first iCare model and it was designed for professional use, not self use. I purchased that model myself in 2008 and it can be used for self-tonometry, but the newer models are far, far better.
You are also correct that the TA022 is the HOME. The TA023 is the HOME 2.
If you do this, confirm the conditions for warranty support and customer service.
I know many people who have ordered those from another country and had them delivered to their own country. Sometimes they do this even when the 7CR is available in their own country because it can save money.
