I am in the process of trying to get a tonometer, so I cant IOP myself just yet. But was just wondering if any of the weight lifters in here has had evidence that a Incline bench press is better than a flat bench for lowering a IOP spike? with breathing and not holding your breathe of course. Thanks

Incline bench press is a little better, but I am able to do both flat bench and incline without an IOP spike provided I warm up first and use good technique. I prefer to warm up with exercises where I'm standing up.

I don't do decline bench press anymore, and I don't really miss it.

Cardio is my preferred warmup. (Light weights could be a suitable warmup for some people.)
